 Maintenance - Maintenance is the back bone of Facilities Management Service and we cover all Mechanical and Electrical maintenance as well as the building fabric.
A planned preventive maintenance programme (PPM) can be drawn up. This ensures that plant and equipment are maintained to manufacturer recommendations, ensuring relevant guarantees can be invoked should the need arise. PPM also prolongs the life of plant and equipment thereby saving costs to repair or replace expensive parts due to maintenance negligence.
Not only is PPM valuable in monetary terms, but greatly reduces the risk of breakdown which in turn could have catastrophic consequences should deadlines not be achieved.
Response maintenance items are logged and dealt with in a manner defined in the service agreement. In the event of an emergency, we will have the situation assessed rapidly.

 Health and Safety - Although all organisations have a Health and Safety policy in place and in most cases in-house H&S officers, it is beneficial to have independent audits carried out periodically. This not only provides additional coverage but also creates an awareness of how serious the organisation takes its H&S policy.
